Decent value on a big order
I was looking for some new trade show booth displays and needed a few items. Deluxe Canopy had a bundle package that saved us a good chunk of money compared to buying everything separately. I got a 10x20 custom tent, a couple of retractable banners, and a custom table cover. The quality is good for the price we paid, especially with the bulk discount. The digital mockups were super helpful for visualizing it all before committing. Worth it for the investment.
Good for the outdoor event
Got a custom tent for our company picnic. The colors on the printed roof looked really good, very bright. It was pretty easy to set up with a couple of us. Everyone liked it, made finding our spot easy. Felt sturdy enough for a windy day too.
Another solid custom tent
This was my third custom canopy tent from Deluxe Canopy. As usual, the 10x10 with the printed roof came out just right. Delivery was on time, maybe even a day early for once. Always reliable with the quality and their proofing process is pretty quick.
Mostly good, one small hiccup
I ordered an inflatable archway entrance for an event. The arch itself was high quality and inflated fast, which was great. The custom print looked sharp. My only minor complaint was the shipping for the heavy duty frame parts; it took about 6 business days to reach us here in Texas, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, but it did arrive within their stated window. Everything else, from customer service to the product itself, was solid.
